I am an artist, yogi, traveler and avid gardener who looks to nature for inspiration and solace. I came to reiki energy healing as an extension of my 30-plus year yoga practice and my own belief in and experience with the profound spiritual and physical benefits provided by complementary therapies in support of personal wellness.
My Reiki practice is rooted in compassion and respect for each person and their individual healing journey. Reiki activates your body’s natural healing processes to encourage restoration of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. After a session, you will feel more grounded, relaxed and at ease.
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui/Holy Fire III tradition and a professional member of the Reiki Membership Association of the International Center for Reiki Training.
